Your contact information will be accessible at the national pet microchip registration database for any authority, animal shelter, veterinarian or anyone who scans your pet's microchip and obtains your pet's microchip number. Your address is optional but keeping your phone number up to date is essential. You can always login to your pet's account and make free updates.Your contact information is 100% secure and can only be accessed with your pet's full microchip number.
Please have your veterinarian scan your pet's microchip at your next visit to be sure that the microchip is working properly. There is a one-time annual fee of £18.00 (GBP) due upon submitting your current contact information.
If You Travel, you will also have the option to display your registration in other countries.
You can also choose to keep your registration within the United Kingdom. With either choice, your contact information will be accessible for as long as you own your pet or until you request it to be deleted.
Pet Chip Registry registers and displays contact information for all brands of pet microchips including Home Again ®, AVID™ AKC CAR/EID™, Digital Angel®, ResQ®, ALLFLEX®, Schering Plough™, 24 PET WATCH™, Lifechip®, Banfield®, Crystal Tag™, Datamars™ & Destron Fearing™ once submitted.
